Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI) & Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)

Our goal is to provide quality IBI & ABA to as many children and families as possible. Over the last 10+ years of providing 1:1 based therapy we have developed our service to not only work with Directly Funded families, but to also accommodate families paying privately. Whether children have 8 hours or 25 hours of therapy a week, we make progress.

  • Direct Funding Option (DFO)
  • Uses principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles to teach children and youth.
  • Typically involves 20 or more hours per week.
  • AlphaBee is an approved DFO provider for families receiving DFO funding.
  • Focus on increasing a child’s skills and decreasing a child’s challenging behaviours.
    • Skill areas include language and communication skills, pre-academic skills, imitation, self help, and social skills.
  • Goals developed based on a curriculum assessment and family/caregiver input.
  • EIBI – Early Intensive Behaviour Intervention
