Responsibilities
- Supervising Instructor Therapist in providing ABA
- Conducting both functional and behavioral assessments
- Facilitating the intake process and participating in the treatment planning
- Preparing teaching materials, writing reports and progress notes
- Monitoring and evaluation of staff performance
- Conducting workshops and training for parents, staff and community agencies
Qualifications & Experience
- MA in a related field
- Regulated Behaviour Analyst (RBA, Ontario) or in progress or qualifies to register for Supervised Practice
- Working knowledge of ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge and application of Verbal Behaviour
- 3+ years related direct experience in ABA
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Supervisory and program management experience
- The successful candidate must also have a current police check/vulnerable sector screening
