Kat Doucette, MPEd, BCBA, RBA (ont) is a Clinical Supervisor at AlphaBee. She completed her Undergraduate degree in Psychology at Tyndale University College, and her Master of Professional Education specializing in Teaching Students with Exceptionalities at Western University. She completed the ABA verified course sequence at Florida Institute of Technology and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). Kat provided ABA services across the Greater Toronto Area for over 8 years as an Instructor Therapist. She has been with AlphaBee since 2015 providing services in home, center-based and school/daycare settings. Kat focuses on implementing naturalistic teaching strategies and uses a verbal behaviour approach. She is passionate about working in collaboration with families to help each child reach their full potential and creating meaningful interactions to support child engagement.
