Laura Dignard, MADS, BCBA, RBA (Ont) is the Director of Clinical Services and has been working at AlphaBee for over 16 years. Laura has a Masters Degree in Applied Disability Studies from Brock University. Laura is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and is also certified in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). Laura began working at AlphaBee as an Instructor Therapist, then Senior Therapist, and now is one of AlphaBee’s Clinical Supervisors. As Director of Clinical Services Laura works closely with the operations team, Clinical Managers and clinical team on our ever-present mission to deliver quality services, to foster a team culture of learning and growing, and to support further development of valuable services for our clients, families and professionals. Laura has worked extensively with individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities, utilizing the principles of ABA with a particular focus on Verbal Behaviour. She has extensive experience with the assessment, development, and implementation of behaviour reduction and skill building programs resulting in the development of functional skills and a better quality of life for her clients. Laura has presented at ABA and Special Education conferences as well as developed and presented training workshops for parents, ABA therapists, and community members. Laura has also written articles for the Autism Matters magazine, published by Autism Ontario and she is a member of ONTABA.
