Clinical Team

Mesha Gabbidon, B.A., R.B.A (ONT.) is a Clinical Supervisor with 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis. Mesha has graduated with a Psychology Degree, a Behavioural Science Technology Diploma and a Behavioural Science with Honours Certificate. Mesha has made the transition from Instructor Therapist to Clinical Supervisor within her career at AlphaBee. She has worked in centres, homes and the community. Throughout her career, Mesha has collaborated with parents, caretakers, educators and other professionals in the field. Her experience expands across 1:1, group and remote services. Her training includes but is not limited to SBT, AAC, PECS, Mediator and Social Skills. She employs an Applied Verbal Behaviour approach, delivering both Discrete Trial Instruction and Natural Environment Teaching. Her interests are pairing and engagement, communication and mand training, emotional regulation, and reducing interfering behaviour. Mesha is passionate about strengthening the abilities of those she works with and nurturing their self development. She thrives to find creative ways to teach and facilitate skills. Her goal is to make lifelong learning fun!
