We work with children and teens with autism, aged 18 months to 18 years, at our three centres and in family homes, schools, daycares and the community. If you are looking for meaningful work with strong supervision and opportunities to grow, we would like to hear from you.
What is it like to work at AlphaBee?
Every Instructor Therapist works under a Clinical Supervisor, so support is always available. Training is ongoing, through our own training division, alphabeePRO, and you work across centre, home, school and community settings.
Staff have opportunities to grow at AlphaBee. Our Director of Clinical Services started at AlphaBee as an Instructor Therapist. Our sister company, wm+a, also gives you the chance to broaden your experience beyond a single team.

Instructor Therapist
Works one to one and in small groups with children, following the plan their Clinical Supervisor writes.

Supervised Therapist
A behaviour analyst in supervised practice, training Instructor Therapists and building programs under an RBA.

A Registered Behaviour Analyst who assesses children, writes their programs and leads their team.

Volunteering and student placements
We take volunteers and placement students who want experience in autism services and behavioural science.

Our staff also volunteer through the SEET Committee, which runs Breakfast with Santa and the Back-to-School Backpack Initiative each year.
