Some families come knowing exactly what they’re looking for; others want help sorting through the options. Either is fine. Your child’s needs may also change over time, and different services may be a better fit at different stages. Start with the descriptions below, or talk it through with us.

How our services fit together

Our services fall into four main areas. ABA Therapy includes early intervention for younger children and individualized ABA services through childhood and adolescence, delivered at our centres, at home, at school or online. Social & Communication includes speech and language therapy and small-group programs that help children and teens build communication and social skills with peers. Specialized Programs offer either more intensive support for learners with significant interfering behaviour or focused, lower-hour ABA for learners working on a smaller number of specific goals. For Caregivers includes coaching and JASPER programs that help families build skills and support learning in everyday routines.

Draft — shorter option

Our services fall into four areas. ABA Therapy covers early intervention and one-to-one ABA through childhood and the teen years. Social & Communication covers speech therapy and small social groups with peers. Specialized Programs offer more intensive support for significant behaviour, or focused work on a few goals. For Caregivers helps families build skills through coaching and JASPER.

You may already know which service feels like the right fit, or you may want help deciding. A Clinical Supervisor can talk through your child’s needs and goals with you and recommend the option that makes the most sense now — knowing that those needs may change over time.

Start with your child's age

A rough guide, not a rule. Age narrows it down; the assessment decides it.

Caregiver Coaching sits outside this table. It is for the adults around a child, at any age, and your child does not have to be our client.

Start with your concerns

My child needs help building everyday skills and reducing behaviours
ABA Therapy — individualized 1:1 support for communication, learning, independence, play, daily living and other goals that matter to your child and family
They're not talking, or have very few words
ABA Therapy and Speech Therapy, or Early Intervention where communication is built into play
Behaviours are getting in the way of school, therapy or everyday life
Specialized Behaviour Services – Empowering Skills — for children and teens who need more support to participate safely and successfully, using Skill-Based Treatment to build communication, tolerance and cooperation skills
My child needs ABA, but a comprehensive program isn't possible right now
Goal-Based ABA — focused support around a small number of priority goals when funding, scheduling or family logistics make a broader ABA program difficult to access
My child doesn't need intensive ABA, but there are still skills we want to work on
Specialized Behaviour Services – Next Steps — focused ABA for children and teens who are managing well in school and daily life but would benefit from targeted support with a smaller number of goals
My child wants to connect with peers but needs some help along the way
Social Skills Groups — small groups, in ten-week blocks (summer terms are shorter), with peers working on the same things

How it starts

Four steps to getting started.

A conversation

A free 30-minute call. Tell us about your child and what you are hoping for. No diagnosis required to start the conversation.

An assessment

We assess with established tools to find your child's starting point - what they can do now, and what comes next.

A program

Built for your child and delivered in a setting that suits their needs. Session data is recorded in Hive and reviewed by a Clinical Supervisor, who decides what to work on next.

A fuller picture

With your permission, we will contact your child's school or previous provider ourselves to gather what is relevant.
