AlphaBee is seeking passionate, talented individuals to join our team as full-time Instructor Therapists (ITs) in Toronto, Ontario. Make a difference in the lives of children with autism and other developmental challenges across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions.
About Us
- Three state-of-the-art centers in Etobicoke, Scarborough, and Hamilton
- Flexible teaching environments: in-center, family homes, daycares, and schools
- Serving children aged 18 months to 18 years
- Providing ABA and clinical services for ASD and other developmental needs

- 40-hour RBT course with competency assessment and ongoing supervision
- BCBA and BCaBA supervision hours (when available)

Ideal Candidate
- Strong knowledge of ASD and ABA (verbal behaviour expertise is a plus)
- Creative and engaging play skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Passion for professional growth
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (strongly recommended)
Qualifications
- Preferred: Behavioral Science Technology, Autism Behavioral Science Certificate, or RBT certification
- Considered: Degree in ECE, Child & Youth Work, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field with ABA experience
- Required: Vulnerable Sector Police Check, First Aid, and CPR
- CPI training provided internally
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group ABA services under Senior Therapist supervision
- Prepare materials and implement personalized programs
- Monitor client progress and program effectiveness
- Maintain detailed progress notes and data
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
