Service Coordinator
Ronna Bayanin
Ronna Bayanin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in childcare services and scheduling coordination. With six years in a management role in the childcare industry, she developed strong skills in overseeing operations, ensuring quality service, and managing daily tasks. In August 2020, she joined WM+A as a Scheduler, where she progressed through various roles, transitioning from WM+A Scheduler to AlphaBee Scheduler, and eventually to AlphaBee Scheduling Coordinator.
In June 2024, Ronna took on the role of AlphaBee Service Coordinator, overseeing service delivery to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and effectively. She is responsible for managing schedules, tracking service performance, and working closely with families. Additionally, Ronna works with the Management, Operations, and Clinical teams to maintain smooth operations. Her extensive experience, passion for service, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to the team.
