Junior Scheduler
Giselle Dispo
Giselle Dispo holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Psychology, providing her with a strong academic foundation in the field. She began her journey at AlphaBee in July 2022 as a Junior Instructor Therapist, quickly transitioning to the role of Instructor Therapist by September 2022. In June 2024, Giselle took on the role of Junior Scheduler, where she applies her exceptional organizational and teamwork skills to support the team and ensure efficient operations.
In her current position, Giselle works closely with the Operations Team, Clinical Team, and families to facilitate smooth transitions for both new and returning clients. She collaborates with Instructor Therapists to manage and optimize their schedules ensure seamless service delivery. Her background in Behavioural Psychology enhances her ability to bring a deep understanding of the therapeutic process, enabling her to effectively support the team and contribute to maintaining high-quality service across the organization.
