Tapashi Roy (Triya), MPEd is a Supervised Therapist at AlphaBee, with over 6 years of experience providing ABA services. She has completed her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. As an instructor therapist, Tapashi worked for over 5 years in center-based and school settings at AlphaBee. She emphasizes the importance of evidence-based and individualized programs, functional communication training, and naturalistic teaching strategies to help children succeed. Tapashi believes that working collaboratively with families and professionals is crucial to achieving lasting results.
