Supervised Therapist
AlphaBee is looking for a Supervised Therapist to service the Scarborough/GTA regions; Full-time, 1-year contract position.

- Supervisory and staff management experience is an asset

Qualifications & Experience
- Masters degree in ABA and qualified to begin supervised practice as per CPBAO guidelines or already a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Autistic individuals.
- Staff training and program management experience.
- Knowledge and application of Verbal Behaviour and Skills Based Treatment (SBT).
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in collaborating with caregivers and other stakeholders.
- Drivers license and access to a vehicle during work hours.
- The successful candidate must also have a current vulnerable sector screening.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervised by Registered Behaviour Analysts (RBAs)
- Train and evaluate Instructor Therapists (ITs)
- Conduct functional and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ESDM) under RBA guidance
- Assist with intake and treatment planning
- Handle administrative tasks (scheduling, reporting, data entry)
- Create teaching materials, progress notes, and reports
- Develop individualized treatment programs with RBA input
- Implement and monitor behaviour reduction plans
- Deliver staff training and parent coaching
- Liaise with community agencies and schools as needed
- Meet families to review progress and supervise parent training
