Tapashi Roy (Triya)
Tapashi Roy (Triya), MPEd, BCBA, RBA (Ont.) is a Clinical Supervisor at AlphaBee. She began working at AlphaBee as an Instructor Therapist in 2018 and has since transitioned to the role of Clinical Supervisor. As an instructor therapist, Tapashi worked in center-based and school settings. As a Clinical Supervisor, she emphasizes the importance of evidence-based and individualized programs, functional communication training, and naturalistic teaching strategies to help children succeed. Tapashi believes that working collaboratively with families and professionals is crucial to achieving lasting results.
