Shikha Rajput
Shikha Rajput is the Director of Operations at AlphaBee. Shikha started at AlphaBee 14 years ago as an Instructor Therapist, and now has transitioned to the Director of Operations. Her career has always focused on working closely with clients and their families both 1:1 and in the broader community. She is passionate about fostering a positive learning environment that is productive, sustainable and manageable, while also focusing on reducing unwanted behaviours. During her career at AlphaBee she has demonstrated this commitment time and again, first as an Instructor Therapist, and now as an Operations Manager, developing a reputation for excellence and compassion.
