A conversation
A free 30-minute call. Tell us about your child and what you are hoping for. No diagnosis required to start the conversation.
An assessment
We assess with established tools to find your child's starting point — what they can do now, and what comes next.
A program
Built for your child and delivered in a setting that suits their needs. Session data is recorded in Hive and reviewed by a Clinical Supervisor, who decides what to work on next.
A fuller picture
With your permission, we will contact your child's school or previous provider ourselves to gather what is relevant.

Common questions
Can we use a different centre from the closest one?
Yes. Families choose a centre for many reasons, such as their commute, their schedule or a sibling already attending. Tell us which centre works best for your family.
Do we need a diagnosis to start?
No. You can book a consultation and begin services without a formal assessment. If you are waiting for a diagnostic assessment, you can still begin services.
What ages do you work with?
Children and teens, from around 18 months through to 18 years. We don't work with adults.
Do you only support children on the autism spectrum?
No. We work with a range of developmental needs — including FASD, Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities — not autism alone.
How does funding work?
Families may use Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding, pay privately, or use eligible insurance or extended health benefits where coverage is available. We'll talk through the options that may apply to your family before you get started.
What if we can't travel to a centre?
We work in family homes, at school and daycare, and online. A centre visit isn't a requirement for starting.
