Every program is built around your child. We work at both centres, in family homes, at school and daycare, and online — wherever your child's program is best delivered.

Most families choose the centre closest to home. If neither is convenient, home-based and online sessions are available across the rest of the city.

A conversation
A free 30-minute call. Tell us about your child and what you are hoping for. No diagnosis required to start the conversation.
An assessment
We use established assessment tools to identify your child's current skills, which form the basis of their program.
A program
Built for your child and delivered in a setting that suits their needs. Session data is recorded in Hive and reviewed by a Clinical Supervisor, who decides what to work on next.
A fuller picture
With your permission, we will contact your child's school or previous provider ourselves to gather what is relevant.
Two children the same age can need completely different things. We measure each one against where they started.

The full range runs at both Etobicoke and Scarborough.

Areas we serve across Toronto
From North Queen Street in Etobicoke we see families across the west end — Mimico, New Toronto, Long Branch, Islington, The Kingsway, Humber Bay, Rexdale and Alderwood, along with nearby Mississauga.
From Midland Avenue in Scarborough we cover the east — Agincourt, Malvern, West Hill, Guildwood, Birch Cliff, Cliffside, Woburn and Rouge, along with nearby Markham and Pickering.
For families in the middle of the city — midtown, downtown, East York and North York — home-based and online sessions are often an easier fit than travelling to either centre.
We also work in homes, schools and daycares across Toronto, depending on location, scheduling and staff availability.

Common questions
Which Toronto centre should we go to?
Most families pick the one closest to home — Etobicoke for the west end, Scarborough for the east. Both run the same services. If neither centre is convenient, ask about home-based and online sessions.
Do we need a diagnosis to start?
No. You can book a consultation and begin services without a formal assessment. If you are waiting for a diagnostic assessment, you can still begin services.
What ages do you work with?
Children and teens, from around 18 months through to 18 years. We don't work with adults.
Do you only support children on the autism spectrum?
No. We work with a range of developmental needs — including FASD, Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities — not autism alone.
How does funding work?
Families fund services through Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding, extended health insurance, private pay, or a mix of these. We'll go through what applies to your family before anything begins.
We're already with another provider. What happens?
With your permission, we'll contact your child's school or current provider directly to gather relevant information and coordinate the transition.
How will we know it's working?
Every session is recorded in Hive, our own data tool. We track your child against their own goals, and your child's Clinical Supervisor reviews that data to decide what to work on next.
