Navdeep Sahota, MADS, BCBA, RBA (Ont) is a Clinical Supervisor with AlphaBee and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She is a graduate of Brock University’s Master of Applied Disability Studies program. Navdeep joined the team as an Instructor Therapist in 2016 and continues to bring clinical excellence in her role as Senior Therapist. Navdeep finds value in the interactions she has with clients, families and colleagues through program delivery and training. She brings passion for her clients and works closely with families to understand their goals. Additionally, Navdeep is responsible for IT recruitment and training at AlphaBee’s Etobicoke and Scarborough locations. She conducts interviews, hires new staff, provides initial training, as well as supporting front-line staff with clinical skill development. She consistently provides learning opportunities and experiences for those she works with.
