Ideal Candidate
- Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and experience with ABA (knowledge of verbal behaviour is an asset)
- Enjoys working with children, is creative and has great play skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- An interest in professional development and further developing clinical skills
- Valid Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is strongly recommended
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Regulated Behaviour Analyst (RBA, Ontario) certification, in progress, or eligible for Supervised Practice registration
- Extensive knowledge of ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in Verbal Behaviour principles and application
- Minimum 3 years of direct ABA experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven supervisory and program management experience
- Current police check/vulnerable sector screening
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Instructor Therapists in providing ABA services
- Conduct functional and behavioral assessments
- Facilitate intake processes and participate in treatment planning
- Prepare teaching materials, write reports, and maintain progress notes
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Conduct workshops and training for parents, staff, and community agencies
