About Shikha Rajput

Shikha Rajput is the Director of Operations at AlphaBee and has been with the organization since 2009. She began her career as an Instructor Therapist before progressing into program management and operational leadership, while continuing to hold clinical responsibilities until 2023.

Her experience across clinical and operational roles has given her a broad understanding of the needs of families and the teams supporting them. In her current role, she works closely with clinical and service teams to strengthen service coordination, support staff and guide improvements across the organization.

Shikha brings a practical, compassionate approach to her work, shaped by her longstanding relationships with families and colleagues. She is committed to building a positive, collaborative environment where high-quality services are supported by thoughtful planning, clear communication and sustainable practices.
