AlphaBee supports schools, agencies, service providers and community programs through behaviour consultation and bespoke staff training. Your team gets specialized behavioural expertise, and the families you support stay with the people they already know. Everything is tailored to your organization, as a one-time piece of work or ongoing support.
We offer behaviour consultation and bespoke staff training to organizations that support children and youth with autism and other developmental disabilities. The aim is to build your team's capacity, strengthen the strategies you use, and support meaningful outcomes for the children you serve.
AlphaBee is an autism service provider with centres in Etobicoke, Scarborough and Hamilton, working with children and youth from 18 months to 18 years. We support families directly, and we also partner with organizations across Ontario, bringing the same clinical experience into the places where children live, learn and take part every day.

Consultation supports the adults around the child, rather than providing direct, intensive therapy to the child.
Our behaviour analysts work with the child's existing support team to understand the situation, identify what is contributing to the behaviour, and develop practical strategies the team can use consistently.
No. The family stays with their current provider.
We add specialized behavioural expertise to the services you already offer. Your organization gets extra clinical support, and the family keeps the continuity of the professionals who already know them.
Training is built around your organization, your team and the children you support. It can run as a single session, a series, or as part of ongoing consultation.
It can range from the foundations to more specialized strategies. The goal is a team that feels confident supporting the children in its care and can use evidence-based strategies in everyday settings.
Every engagement is tailored to your organization. Most follow the same shape.
We learn your team's goals, who you support, and where extra behavioural expertise or training would help most.
