Laura Dignard, M.ADS, BCBA, R.B.A. (Ont) is the Director of Clinical Services at AlphaBee and has been with the organization since 2007. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Disability Studies from Brock University, is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), and is certified in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
Laura began her career at AlphaBee as an Instructor Therapist and progressed through roles as Senior Therapist and Clinical Supervisor. In her current leadership role, she collaborates with the operations team, Clinical Managers, and the broader clinical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, foster a culture of continuous learning, and support the development of innovative programs for clients, families, and professionals.
With extensive experience supporting individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities, Laura applies the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) with a strong emphasis on Verbal Behaviour. She has significant expertise in assessment, behaviour reduction, and skill-building programs that promote functional skill development and enhance quality of life.
Laura is also an active contributor to the field. She has presented at ABA and Special Education conferences, led workshops for parents, clinicians, and community members, and authored articles for Autism Matters, published by Autism Ontario. She is a proud member of the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA).
