Ideal Candidate
- Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Knowledge and application of Verbal Behaviour and Skills Based Treatment (SBT)
- Enjoys working with children, is creative and has great play skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Supervisory and staff management experience
- Takes initiative and has strong leadership skills
- Committed to ongoing professional development

Qualifications & Experience
- Masters degree in ABA.
- Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working with Autistic individuals.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory and program management experience.
- Knowledge and application of Verbal Behaviour and Skills Based Treatment (SBT).
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in collaborating with caregivers and other stakeholders.
- Drivers license and access to a vehicle during work hours.
- The successful candidate must also have a current vulnerable sector screening.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising ITs in providing ABA services, monitoring and evaluation of performance.
- Conducting both functional behavioural assessments and skills assessments (VBMAPP, ESDM, EBIC, EFLS, etc.).
- Facilitating the intake process and participating in the treatment planning process.
- Conducting administrative and management duties.
- Preparing teaching materials, writing reports and progress notes.
- Responsible for developing and individualizing programs based on the assessment and input from parents and IT
- Developing, implementing and overseeing behaviour reduction plans
- Implement staff training and parent coaching
- Acts as clinical liaison at the request of the parents with community agencies/schools etc.
- Meet regularly with families to review client progress and provide or supervise parent training
